Here's my favourite batch cook recipe.. so simple, tasty & done within 30 minutes.
I call it Sassy Bolognese.
Warning.. I am super busy so I don't have time to make my food or videos look pretty. I need to prepare my meals as fast as possible and this is exactly how I do it.. this is raw, real video footage.. mess, tupperware and all.
- 500g lean mince
- Red pepper
- Dolmio low sugar sauce
I prepare 3 portions of this recipe every Sunday and then again on Wednesday evenings if I get the chance. Sometimes I mix things up and change the flavour of the mince to Mexican and top with salsa and hummous.. YUM!
When you get enough vegetables and protein in your diet, you experience less cravings for junk food.
