Who Am I??
Hi there & thanks for finding me :-)
My name’s Tanya (or my clients call me Coach T).
I love to eat a lot of food & I also love a drink..
So over the years I’ve practised the art of using & manipulating the science of weight loss to lose weight & stay in shape.
Now I teach other women my methods so they can achieve their goal body without ever feeling like they’re on a diet.
I’m incredibly proud of the impact I’ve had on 100’s of lives & I hope I can positively impact yours as well.
I have featured on Dragons Den as a PT for Wireless Fitness (yes, I got the Dragons up doing squats and it was brilliant).
I was featured as Inner Me's Woman of the Week and was a Master Trainer for Beachbody and their world famous workouts INSANITY, PiYo & P90X.
