My (not so secret) smoothie recipe that crushes cravings.
I call it.. The Craving Crusher!
- Fresh lemon juice
- In 500ml of water blend up all the greens first
- Add the fruit and lemon juice and finish blending
- Store in air sealed jars in the fridge for no more than 3 days
I swear when I have this smoothie in the morning or to sip on throughout the day, my cravings are no where to be seen.
