This challenge IS for you if:

✅ You can commit to 45 minute training sessions between 7am - 10am Monday to Saturday (timetable TBC).

This is NOT for you if:

❌ Restrictive diets & cutting things out of your lifestyle work for you. This is only for women who want to learn a diet that works for life.

❌ You prefer training in a gym. I love training in the beautiful outdoors with fresh air, sunshine & a lack of muscle men & wannabe IG influencers.

❌ You’re looking for a free or cheap solution. I’m giving you more value in this challenge than you’ll receive anywhere else for less than the price of 1 PT session per week. So while I believe it is incredible cheap for what I’m offering, it is not free.

❌ You’re not ready to go all in for short 8 weeks. My most successful clients are 110% ready to commit emotionally, physically, time wise & financially. Are you?
